Dancing with the Stars Season 31 contestant Vinny Guadagnino recently gave a tour of his New York City apartment on TikTok. The Jersey Shore star, who lives in downtown Manhattan, showed off his place for TikToker Caleb Simpson.
Vinny Guadagnino Shows Off Apartment on TikTok
Simpson caught up with Guadagnino while he was out jogging. When asked how much rent he pays, the star shared that he owns his apartment. He invited Simpson to run with him to his place so he could give a tour.
Guadagnino’s dog Tita greeted them when they walked in. The first thing Simpson noticed was the view from the living room. Guadagnino went on to explain that he likes to keep his decor “really simple and minimal.”
He also proudly showed off his bar cart, joking, “I gained this apartment from drinking and fist pumping, you know? So I just leave this here to remember where I came from.” The cart included some of his awards, including an MTV Movie & TV Award.
Guadagnino also showed the exercise equipment in his guest room, as well as his closet. He joked that people make fun of him for wearing “fifty shades of gray.” In the bathroom, he shared that he doesn’t use the bathtub, but it’s there in case he ever has a girlfriend who wants to take a bath.

“Every room has a view. I need to always see the view,” Guadagnino shared during his apartment tour. Even his bathroom has a view, and he used binoculars in the video to look out the window.
The star also shared that his apartment is as much for his family as it is for him, explaining, “I honestly came up with, like, no money. Tiny apartment in Staten Island. If my family comes over and stuff, like, I want them to feel, like, baller.”
Guadagnino recently competed on Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars. He and his partner Koko Iwasaki finished the competition in seventh place.
