Oh, and to prove himself a "Good Instagram Husband," Gabrielle's other half, NBA star Dwyane Wade , also posted a behind-the-scenes shot of him taking the photo, captioned: "Fellas this is the new age reason for getting married. So women can have an ALL TIME photographer." (Real talk: Could these two be any more #couplegoals?)

Now that Gabrielle has had the LDW of a lifetime, it's back to business for a new episode of America's Got Talent on Tuesday, September 3. When Gabrielle's shooting the reality competition show, a typical pre-AGT workout entails kettlebell swings, cable crossovers, a TRX arm workout, leg curls using the Swiss ball , weighted hip thrusts, and a quad hold. (Phew, I'm sweating already.)
Gabrielle previously told Women's Health that she prefers morning workouts because they force her to wake up and get moving. "You know how you swing your legs off to the side of the bed?" she asked. "Thats when you really think about lifes decisions: How much would it cost if I cancel? What does traffic look like? Should I go back to sleep?"
As for why a morning workout gets her out of bed? It's a combo of guilt over canceling and cold brew coffee. "I dont leave people hanging," she said.
Gabrielle also keeps her diet squeaky clean. "I drink a lot of water, I don't smoke, and I don't have a hard life," she told Women's Health. "My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say 'no, no, and hell, no.'"

By learning to turn down invitations and make more time for herself, she ended up getting more sleep. "I sleep eight hours a day and don't let myself stress out," Gabrielle explained. "A lot of people call it selfish, but I don't have any wrinkles." Though she tried to cut alcohol, too, she lasted about six weeks before she caved and had a drink. (Been there, Gab.)
